Stall Holder Applications are now closed.
Come along and enjoy the sounds of our talented musicians, while browsing the stalls or just relaxing under a shady tree with a latte or an ice cold drink.  With a focus on local community groups, artisans, craftspeople and small businesses there will be plenty on offer this year.
RRRRRZero Waste1 (002)The Upper Beaconsfield Village Festival is committed to being as sustainable as possible. We aim to minimise our contribution to climate change, biodiversity loss, pollution and labour exploitation. “Zero waste” is a concept adopted by the UBVF as defined by the Zero Waste International Alliance.
New and exciting activities are planned for the kids.  Check out our Amusement page. We have a full line up of music and dancing on stage, busking and roving. Check out the Entertainment Programme.
Our feature this year will be by our own Upper Beaconsfield Fire Brigade presenting a commemorative exhibition on the 40th anniversary of the devastating Ash Wednesday bushfire within our own area. This will be held in the hall.
We would like to thank the Cardinia Shire Council for their continued support of the Upper Beaconsfield Village Festival and to The Upper Beaconsfield Association who has enabled the Festival to take place this year.  Thanks also to our other main sponsors My Expert, RMBL Financial Services, Upper Beaconsfield General Store and Over the Road, Peake Real Estate, Wellington Village Shopping Centre Rowville and My Pension Manager.  Please check out our Sponsors Page to see who kindly offered assistance this year to get the festival back up and running.

**In the event of a code orange ‘extreme’ or code red ‘catastrophic’ fire danger day being declared the Village Festival will NOT BE HELD and will be postponed to a later date.**AFDRS image
